Dispatch and handling
Glass jars and containers travel individually wrapped inside a double-walled carton with corner packing, and lids ship seated on their bases rather than loose in the box. Plastic sets are nested and banded so the stack cannot spread in transit, and bulk sets are split across two cartons when a single box would exceed a weight a courier will handle carefully.
We hand parcels over once a day. Confirm before 3:00 PM IST and yours is in that handover; after that it waits for the next one. Six dispatch days a week, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Where we ship
We deliver nationwide, to any serviceable PIN code, out of Thane, Maharashtra. Our courier partners do not reach every remote PIN code, and checkout flags that before payment rather than afterwards.
We are an online-only retailer. There is no counter to collect from and no physical storefront.
What delivery costs
There is no delivery charge once an order reaches ₹999. Below that a flat charge of ₹49 applies, whatever the size of the parcel and wherever in India it is going. The amount is visible in the cart, and no packing or fuel surcharge follows it.
How long it takes
Metro deliveries usually run three to five business days from dispatch; other addresses take five to nine. Add 1 to 2 business days for packing.
They are estimates supplied by our courier partners. Conditions on the ground change them, and we would rather be honest about that than commit to a date.
Tracking your parcel
You get a tracking link by email and SMS once the parcel is picked up. You can also check it on the Track Your Order page. If nothing changes for three working days, contact [email protected] and we will push the courier.
There is no surcharge for Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes, though a small number are prepaid-only and checkout flags them.
