Calvera Depot is a sole proprietorship in Thane, Maharashtra, trading online as Calvera Depot. Continuing to browse, or placing an order, constitutes acceptance of these terms and every policy linked below. If that does not suit, please leave the site.

Your account

Guest checkout and accounts are both available. An account password is your responsibility, as is anything done under it. Report any unauthorised access to [email protected]. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Indian rupees and include any applicable tax. Being below the GST registration threshold, we are not registered and charge no GST, and no GSTIN is issued. Payment is UPI or Cash on Delivery only — no cards.

Prices and stock can change without notice. If an error means an item was listed at the wrong price, we will tell you before dispatch and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation records receipt. The contract between us is formed at the point of dispatch. We may decline an order where stock has run out, where a PIN code is not serviceable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we cannot verify the details given.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery timelines, charges and serviceable areas are set out in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy, and cancellations by the Cancellation Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the writing, design and imagery here belong to Calvera Depot. Marks owned by others are used only to identify what an item is, and remain theirs. Republishing our content commercially needs written permission.

Limits of liability

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Calvera Depot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Nothing in this clause removes rights that Indian law does not allow to be excluded, including those under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

Applicable law is Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane.
