Cancellations
Free to cancel until it is packed
Before dispatch, cancellation is free and immediate. After dispatch the order is treated as a return.
Cancelling before dispatch
Send your order number to [email protected] during the processing stage, the 1 to 2 business days before the courier collects. There is no charge. Prepaid money returns to the UPI handle or bank account it came from within 5 to 7 business days, in keeping with Reserve Bank of India timelines.
After dispatch
Once it is in the courier’s hands the order is out of ours. Refusing delivery or returning it afterwards are the two routes. A Cash on Delivery order that is refused before delivery costs you nothing.
When we cancel an order
Occasionally we have to cancel: stock that turns out to be damaged, a pricing error on the site, or an order we cannot verify. We give the reason and refund the whole amount, delivery charge and all.
Partial cancellation
Where an order has several lines and one is out of stock, we can cancel that line and send the rest — tell us which you would rather have and we will follow it.
Cancellation refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. No cancellation charge is applied at any point.
